What would we do without annuals. So versatile and such good value for money.
Plant them in hanging baskets and tubs to brighten up a wall, porch or patio.
Be bold and plant them in groups in open ground to really make your borders come alive.
If you give your annuals the right conditions and keep them well watered they will reward you with masses of flowers right through the summer months and maybe into September.
Annuals thrive in open sunny positions and are not particularly fussy about soil conditions but the soil must be reasonably well drained. Too wet for too long will rot the plants quickly.
